What is your superpower?
Lurking in the shadows. Infectious giggling. Communicating with academics. Organising things (occasionally erratically). Reusing text.
What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
I've been coaching and facilitating teams since 2005, mostly within small new media companies - alongside working in academia. I've recently branched out from the heady world of corporate agile and am now slowly getting to grips with a new set of challenges.
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
I plan to learn whatever I can. :) I'm particularly hoping to improve my general coaching skills, super-charge my enthusiasm, find out some interesting new ways to approach challenges and meet many lovely and interesting people. (I'll hopefully also get the chance to sheepishly apologise to Olaf for not managing to get our plan to co-read 'Harry Potter og de vises stein' together sooner).
How do you plan to contribute?
By attending sessions and participating with enthusiasm! I'm also happy to help run about and be useful in the background where I can. :) I have some particular interest currently around tangibles for collaboration and understanding in planning sessions and retrospectives, storytelling approaches for teams, ways we could think of to help steer academic research to be useful/interesting for agile coaches, and approaches to breaking down large messy problems. For the latter I'd love to share what @theagilepirate and myself have created thanks to the session we ran at accn 2012. I have much thanking to do! :)

What is your superpower?
Helping other people break apart big problems
What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
I've been actively coaching for about 4 years - teams, middle managers and even CEOs. I'm currently working with entirely co-located people which is quite a luxury. In my previous coaching role I covered groups across the UK, India and the US. I generally specialise in sofware *product* teams but have spent the last 18 months working with DevOps teams on internal system implementations whilst also leading a coaching and mentoring program for up & coming project managers and stepping in to coach and facilitate all kinds of workshops, offsites, retrospectives, goal exploration, and training courses.
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
I want to see a lot more about how coaching is working within Europe rather than the UK and US. I came last year and worked with Johanna Hunt to co-develop a problem-solving workshop called "Cracking Your Big Rocks". My context seems to change every year so by January I'm sure I'll have something new to play with. (possibly exploring what the specrum of contexts for web developers is)
How do you plan to contribute?
I'll lend some piratical humour (probably fuelled by rum) and expertise in managing people, projects and problems. I have a bit of a skilll for remembering and abstracting out valuable concepts. I can also contribute thoughts and ideas in group discussions on most aspects of running, leading and coaching teams & managers. I love sharing :)

What is your superpower?
None yet. I have just a burning desire to produce true value without any waste and to feel happy and productive along the way.
What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
I've led few small and young teams as a project manager and later worked as a stand-in ScrumMaster. I believe in removing obstacles and helping people to grow but there are many challenges along the way to self-organization. We tend to focus on our work and happily hand over the responsability for organizing the work to others, according to my experience.
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
How to help teams become self-organizing and involve everybody in finding the way the team should go (see my experience above). To find out where is the treacherous border between agile as something bringing value and between agile for the sake of agile and processes (i.e. find out what brings value, drop the rest).
How do you plan to contribute?
By posing stupid questions, I guess.

What is your superpower?
I read books and put the stuff in them to practice.
What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
Right now, they call me a Scrum Master and I did trainings in the past. Mainly with focus on developers. I still feel awkward calling myself a coach, but I guess thats what I am from time to time.
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
I want to learn more on the dialogue of theory and practice aka head and hand in the context of agile coaching.
How do you plan to contribute?
I always contribute what I can and keep no secrets about my methods: training in "Training from back of the Room", XP, advanced methods for product owners, the Lego Box(es). Another thing would be listening and giving feedback. You never know what a OpenSpace brings, but dont expect me to be too passive.

What is your superpower?
Seeing the otherwise invisible connections between things, and making them visible.
What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
Lots of experience coaching 1:1, teams, large organisations.
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
I always try to keep an open mind on that. I know I'll learn and explore lots of things and come away energized. Reading through the other position statements, it all sounds good.
How do you plan to contribute?
I will propose at least one Open Space session on Congruent Coaching and Coaching / Consulting options. This is a topic I have been exploring a lot lately, and hope some of you will help me. This will be a working session with a concrete output. I think/hope it will be useful for anyone in a Coach, Scrum Master, or Manager role, or anywhere there is a need or opportunity to help others grow. One aspect of this is that this thing we call 'coaching' is just one element in our collective tool kit. There are other tools we need to use at different times, and scenarios where these different tools are appropriate.

How do you plan to contribute?
Happy to run sessions in the open space and share my passion and opinions both then and in the evenings. Stories about the trade offs we make when we pitch improving capability against getting things done in the short term.

What is your superpower?
Sketchnoting
What's your experience coaching teams toward being Agile?
Been applying Agile principles and practices since I read eXtreme Programming Explained in 2001. Been jumping from bandwagon to bandwagon ever since. Currently with one leg in Kanban and another leg in Scrum, but not really interested in method madness. Prefer results.
What do you plan to learn/explore at this conference?
At the very least, I want to find out what Jenni likes to drink. Would also love to go home armed with new and improved ideas, method mash-ups and games.
How do you plan to contribute?
I could contribute sessions about sketchnoting and the political economy of agile/lean transformations.
